Finally hit my goal of 130lbs at 5'4". I am eating 6 + veggies/fruits a day. I am a vegetarian but eat tons of tofu/beans/fiber. So what the heck is going on?
Oh I do Bikram 2 or 3 times a week and trail run 2 or 3 times a week. Any tips?

Are you getting enough fat? When I don't get enough fat, I can get really hungry.
What is your calorie goal? Are you eating back any of your activity calories?1 -

I'm not sure what kind of protein and fat you consider unhealthy, but for protein I personally enjoy beans, seitan, tofu, and tempeh. For fat, I like nuts, coconut oil, olive oil, avocado, olives, and tahini.2 -
How many total calories are you eating?0

Avocado
Nuts
Chocolate
Dairy (if you eat dairy)
Gardein products are delicious sources of protein
Beans never fill me up, neither does tofu

Lately I have been having a morning snack of sweet potatoes (roasted, mashed, sauteed in butter and spices). I find that it really fills me up all morning. Root veggies are full of nutritious fiber and starches.0

Make sure you're eating fibrous foods, and a good macro balance. And drinking enough water?0
