I struggle with getting enough protein so the more protein in it the better. No soy prefferably. Thank you!

Quest (chocolate, cookies and cream and salted caramel) has been my favourite, although the amount of brands I've tried can easily be counted on one hand.0

Optimum Nutrition - Double Chocolate. You can buy 5kg bags on the cheap from bodybuilding.com1

organic whey protein- plain. I then add frozen berries and some water. Whips up like a think berry milkshake. I use Raw Grass Fed Whey - Happy Healthy Cows, COLD PROCESSED Undenatured 100% Grass Fed Whey Protein Powder, GMO-Free and buy it on Amazon. Love how it mixes and the flavor1

They're all terrible. lol2

I love Muscle Milk! I always get the chocolate flavour. they come premixed like in juice boxes or in powder form (I bought it off Amazon), and it has 16g of protein per scoop, which I add to milk for extra protein on top of that0

Steak.
Or a WPI if I'm using a powder. I don't drink it, but use it in stuff so don't care about how it mixes - generally a local Australian one though.1 -
I like Fit and Lean meal replacement on Amazon. Pretty tasty and has other vitamins added.0

Quest vanilla made w/2oz almond milk, water, ice, 2 cups fresh spinach and half a frozen banana. Salted caramel and cookies and cream made with almond milk are top contenders too. Have my shake every morning with an almond butter and zucchini flat out flax sandwich. Yum.0

Quest or Hexapro Cookies & Cream!!!!0

I've looked at them all and this one looks the best to me. Thank you everyone for the ideas! I love this forum0 -
They all taste like chalk to me0

Pure Protein or Optimum Nutrition have the best flavor and mixability IMO.0

Homemade:
3 c Non fat powdered milk
1 c almonds
1 c rolled oats
1 serving = 1/2c
Store for up to two weeks.
Usually, I will add the 1/2c powder mix, add a banana, yogurt, and 8 oz milk (or water), and mix. I usually get about 31 grams of protein, it definitely keeps me full, and it's way cheaper than anything store bought. Plus, no crazy sweeteners, preservatives, etc. is always a plus in my book.0 -
