            I love IF. It's the way my body responds the best. Also there are a ton of health benefits to IF that people either forget about or don't know. You look fabulous. Congrats22

            Nutshell: it's when you let your body "rest" or fast for 12 to 14 after a meal...preferably after dinner. Ex: If you finish eating dinner by 7pm then you fast until 7am or up to 9am...I just started and it's a great discipline for night-snackers like me. Already losing weight....it's challenging but worth it!50

            I practice IF 5 days a week Mon--Fri...I treat it like a job, and break on the weekend: Sat/Sun. I'm new at this so I'm still learning about this type of eating discipline. Not sure what my ratio is: 16:8??? I just fast after dinner and exercise while in the fast, then I eat my first meal around the 16 hr afterward. So far I've lost 3 pounds in my first week. It's been the kick-start/plateau breaker that my body needed. p.s Stay hydrated and include some salt to your diet because you may feel dizzy or light-headed because you'll lose a lot of water weight in the beginning--quickly--at least that's what is happening to me at the moment.             I got the tattoos after I lost the weight. On my 50th birthday last October. I do IF every day. I fast until 1pm. Thought it would be hard but it's not.

            Well done man amazing transformation and also great job on not back tracking.
 I also love the fact that you're eating pretzels in your before photo 
 I agree IF can be a great tool for some people, including me, to generate/maintain a decent deficit. I do better on big meals rather than lots of small ones, so splitting my calories into a couple of meals at lunch and dinner works for me too.

            Great work. I also practice IF, only eating lunch and dinner. I used to absolutely NEED breakfast, now I don't get hungry until 11am. It really makes it easier to stick to your calorie goal.11
