It's warm out, I need to workout but of course I dont want 2. Any tips on helping me get started?

It is crazy hot right now outside here but I still went out for a walk. I just went and got it over with. I do kind of like the warmer weather though so it wasn't too hard. I just brought some extra water0

I love exercising outside! You can go to a park and just use the stuff around you. Tricep dips, incline push-ups, step-ups on park benches. Burpees in an open area. Sprint or walking lunges between two fixed points. Run all out for a half or full block. Make stuff up as you go and have fun with it.0

What do you do for a workout? Is it not cooler in a gym or your home if you do something inside? Maybe you can do outdoor stuff early morning or as the sun is going down?1
