I've been swimming for my exercise, but it's raining and thundering out there so I can't tonight. Any suggestions on exercises I can do in my house? I don't have a treadmill or stationary bike....

i am in the same situation
personally i love running in the rain so i do that
but if not ive been doing "vigorous" or fast jumping jacks,
do it long enough you will feel the burn, as well do some sit up exercises:)0 -
There are lots, use google and youtube to find some but off the top off my head...stepping, either just the botom step or up and down the whole flight over and over, press ups, squats, lunges, dancing, jogging on the spot, jumping jacks0

Right there with ya! I really wanted some pool time. Hopefully it will clear up tomorrow!!:flowerforyou: I was thinking about doing a wii fit game or Leslie Sansone DVD.0

Jump rope! :-) My treadmill broke and I bought a $14 jump rope and it kicked by butt!
I also bought an exercise DVD and that was good too.
Have fun!
