I was wondering how close to your goal you are. Your 47 lb loss is so good, congratulations for this. You have said you are close to where you would like to be. It is often advised when close to relax your deficit to predict a loss of .5 of a lb. It might help to ensure you are aiming for the middle of the healthy bmi range for your height, going too low, particularly for young women is counterproductive. Hope this helps.
