I have a total body vibration machine ... it shows me how many calories I burn on it. How can I log that in my exercise?

    Passive workouts - vibration machines, electrical ab gizmos, etc. - don't add up to anything. Activity you do is what counts for exercise.

    And not forgetting these. A friend of mine spent a small fortune on weekly sessions on a toning table.

    I used to see commercials for those when I was a kid! Even at 7 years old I thought they looked ridiculous and in no way effective.
