Am I the only one who listens to movie soundtracks while working out?

Maybe its just me who loves to listen to movie scores from "The Dark Knight" trilogy, Batman V Superman and Man of steel while smashing a workout. gets me into an entirely different zone !!

I like to do Zumba, that comes with its own music. Makes me wish I could dance like they do in "Dance With Me."0

I sometimes listen to the soundtrack from Lost Highway. I think it's one of the best soundtracks for a movie I've ever heard. It's a heavy soundtrack...so it's good for my cardio workouts.1

Personally I haven't tried it yet but a friend of mine listens to a lot of game soundtracks when she works out, Skyrim and Witcher and all.0

There was a guy in the gym who would listen to the Rocky soundtrack every time he'd bench. I swear it helped him every time lol1

Yes and no. You have to cherrypick from those, cause you want to skip the slow suspenseful ones.

I don't listen to Soundtracks, but I put a TV in my weight room and I usually have a Concert DVD playing. I've collect almost 400 concert DVDs over the years. Mostly Rock or Blues. AC/DC "Live at Donnington" is a frequent motivator.0

I did an hour of cardio today. With the end of a Paul Brandt album (Small Towns, Big Dreams), Lee Ann Womack (Some Things I Know) and the start of the Something Rotten original cast album. It was a very good hour.0
