I like to do Zumba, that comes with its own music. Makes me wish I could dance like they do in "Dance With Me."

I sometimes listen to the soundtrack from Lost Highway. I think it's one of the best soundtracks for a movie I've ever heard. It's a heavy soundtrack...so it's good for my cardio workouts.

Personally I haven't tried it yet but a friend of mine listens to a lot of game soundtracks when she works out, Skyrim and Witcher and all.

There was a guy in the gym who would listen to the Rocky soundtrack every time he'd bench. I swear it helped him every time lol

Yes and no. You have to cherrypick from those, cause you want to skip the slow suspenseful ones.

BTW, Dredd OST is pretty nice too.

Back when I lifted, I swear that my deadlift went up by 10 lbs. if I was listening to the Imperial March (a.k.a. Darth Vader's Theme).

I don't listen to Soundtracks, but I put a TV in my weight room and I usually have a Concert DVD playing. I've collect almost 400 concert DVDs over the years. Mostly Rock or Blues. AC/DC "Live at Donnington" is a frequent motivator.

I did an hour of cardio today. With the end of a Paul Brandt album (Small Towns, Big Dreams), Lee Ann Womack (Some Things I Know) and the start of the Something Rotten original cast album. It was a very good hour.
