    I jogged a total of 4.8 miles today.
    Did my strength training as well.

    Monday: 3.71 miles. Completed strength.
    Tuesday: 4.3 miles. Completed strength.
    Wednesday: 4.7 miles. completed strength.
    Thursday: Completed strength.
    Friday: Completed strength.

    Option B
    Weapon: Baseball bat!
    To be under calories everyday and complete my diary with everything I eat, everyday!

    Monday: Jogged 2.6 miles, dumbbell rows (3x15, 30lb dumbbells), the straight punch (15lb weights) and the chops (15lb).
    Also used baseball bat effectively! (under cals & complete diary)

    Tuesday: Jogged 3.0 miles
    Under cals and completed diary.

    Wednesday: Jogged a mile and then did 1.2 miles worth of sprints.. Hope that counts! (20 half gassers (53 yds across a football field sideline to sideline, 106 yds each) for a total of 2120 yds or 1.2 miles of sprints!)

    Thursday: Jogged 2.5 miles (did a half mile warm up, then ran the track + stadiums for the remaining two miles.. talk about a workout!! Sooo sore haha). Also completed the dumbbell exercises at home!

    Friday: Ahhh went to the state fair... walked around for 7 hours though!! Didnt record everything! failed today.


    Saturday: Jogged 2.5 miles, did strength training.

    Problem with Option A is I just can't do proper push ups! :blushing:

    Totally! =] I have a hard time with them too haha. You can also try the ones on the wall or on a bench/seat which make a different angle and some people prefer. =]

    As long as modified push ups are OK, I'll be doing Option A with my Hockey Stick to hand - making sure I meet my calcium level without resorting to pills :)

    I thought tricep dips were easy until I actually started doing it. On my 5th rep, I already felt a bit of pain. Got used to it afterwards though.

    sorry team for not being as active posting on here this week...new school year is starting up soon so gettting a bit busier. I will say I am so happy to be on such a positive team for this challenge. I appreiciate how you all see this is a fun and different way to challenge yourselves and be supportive of other people. It is just for fun..... Yes it's been confusing here and there (thats to be expected as the process rolls out) but the captains are doing an amazing job being creative in stories/workouts and putting up with waaay too much negativity. I know this challenge is giant undertaking props to everyone for sticking with it. Keep up the hard work team 2! Kick those zombies butts.

    Hmmm....so Monday I ended up doing legs to start the week off at the gym so figured I might as well stick with it (plus I hate tricep dips haha) Bring on the sore legs! Mini goal - the HAMMER to drink 10 glasses of water a day
