Hill reps on a road bike

I'm planning on on doing 20 to 30 miles on Sunday doing hill reps it helps to strengthen the legs

    So not laps up and down the same one hill until you've racked up a bunch of miles, but a ride through rolling terrain? That sounds much more pleasant! :smile:

    Repeated hills isn't quite the same thing as hill repeats - far more enjoyable for a start!! :)

    I will be heading for the Surrey Hills A.O.N.B. this weekend as:
    A> I've got an Audax event coming up with some big climbs in a fortnight.
    B> I'm rubbish at hills. :(

    Not hills are everyone cup of tea a lot of road bikes like flats but I like hills in creamed cracked after it lol
