For those that don't think a week can make the tiniest bit of difference. It can! I was looking to tone up and with eating right, doing my exercise programs, and drinking a super food shake everyday I was able to notice a difference after SEVEN days!!!

Seven days can do wonders for bloating and water retention. I would be interested to see these pictures in the same lighting with the same pose though. Changing posing and lighting can make a large visual impact without changing anything to diet.21

I'm thinking this is where we're supposed to ask about the superfood shake?18

You didn't need to do a thing, you were your very best weight 7 days ago! Gorgeous!!!0

You look great, but I'm seeing very different lighting and poses and that makes it hard to see any differences. But go you.1

What's the difference between the two?6

More ribs in second1

I don't see a difference but you look good in both pictures.

Is the shake helping you gain weight and muscle? How much protein does it have?4

Who needs seven days, with the right lighting change and twist of the hips, seven seconds is all you need to create the appearance of a difference.10

Very true, but then they could just take two identically posed pictures to show it.2 -

Thank you Katie, I didn't post this to by judged by the lighting or angles of my pictures or whether I had a lot of weight to lose. I worked hard for seven days and saw a difference in my body and felt a difference regardless of what others may think. So, thank you for your positivity.0 -
Well done young lady, keep on doing what you're doing.0

great job! don't underestimate the hard work and self discipline of seven days. this will lead to great habits of a healthy lifestyle! x0

I've been here for six years and when someone posts a success story in the first 50 posts talking about a shake that they used that worked magic they're here to sell something. Salesmen don't belong on this site. Joining a site just to make sales is sleazy, but it happens a lot around here.6 -

Add that most of the user posts are aimed at private "motivational" groups, and offers of support...4 -

Great add on! This is one of those things that gets me pissed off every time. I don't really care about who is following what diet, doing what exercise, or if sugar is/isn't an addition. In the long run everyone will figure it out for themselves. People trying to sell stuff on here makes me really mad.
So many people on here are looking for a miracle pill/shake/workout and salesmen see them as easy prey. I used to be a gullible and desperate person. I will do what I can to help people lose weight for free and protect them from people using them to line their own pockets.

When you're already in great shape and you don't have much sub cutaneous fat, a small difference in fat shows up, while for the rest of us the change is just buried under blubber.
You look great! Congrats.0 -
Is it a shake made of "super food"? Or is "super food" a brand name designed to sell something?
Either way you look good in both pics. I can kinda see a difference honestly, around the bellybutton and lateral abdominal wall.
I sense some envy in this thread because your before and after pics are basically the same, and your body is overall a desired outcome of many fitness enthusiasts.
Dat body though.
Im on a mission to have said desired body and I dont think I'll stop until I get it. Congratulations, you inspire me! Im off to 7% bodyfat land!0 -

Your spider sense is off.
I know you enough to know that you have zero desire to look like the OP and that you really like how your body looks.1 -
