Two Eggs with slice of bread/toast (no butter) Eggs boiled/scambled/ dry fried/poached ! Take your pick!!
Very filling and can get you by until lunch!0 -
Eggbeaters scrambled with some salsa thrown in... 1/2 oz shredded cheese on top... 100 cal sandwich thin... yummy!
Butterball has a thin sliced turkey bacon that is only 30 cal. for 2 slices... take only 1 min in the microwave.
or
Breakfast sandwich... 1 egg, 1/2 cheese, lean ham on a 100 cal sandwich thin... really good... under 300 and can be prepared in the microwave in less than 2 min and eaten on the go if needed...

I have two eggs scrambled, splash of skimmed milk 50g smoked salmon, 2 x spring onions. Microwave for 1 min stir, microwave for another minute (play with the timings - might only need 30 secs second time)
Serve with lots of black pepper delicious! 250 cals, keeps you going for hours.

Greek yogurt---I love Chobani pomegranate and consider it a special treat. Or a bit of cinnamon applesauce stirred into cottage cheese and broiled on a slice of light toast.0

Oh has anyone got some suggestions oatmeal wise?like brands and so on ?0 -
If you like oatmeal, you can put 1/2 c dry (regular oats not quick cook) in a pan with extra water (more than what is called for on the directions; this makes it creamier) ---it cooks up quickly (5 mins or so). Add 1/2 c frozen berries (I use frozen b/c it cools the oatmeal and you can eat it quicker) and 1 T. walnuts. I also add one packet of Stevia for a little sweetness. Yeilds a **huge** bowl which is very filling and only 235 calories and 37 carbs.0

Mix 1/3 oatmeal oats with 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites, 3 tbls of water, and 1/2 scoop protein powder. Mix it all together, and cook pancake. It's a huuuuge pancake. Super filling. And delicious 234 calories.0
