    I workout 6 days a week. I eat a much healthier diet. And I dont beat myself up if once in a while I eat something bad.

    Same as toots, I eat healthier and workout 6 days a week. I have lost 33% of my body fat by doing so. I also push myself to live a much more active life overall. I only watch 1 tv show a day as well. The biggest thing, I made my health a priority over everything else.
