    Bump for weigh-in tomorrow. Not feeling optimistic, but I'll kick my own butt today and see if I can at least lose a little water weight if nothing else.

    trying a step class this morning. at least that's what i think it will be. instructors choice, and she said everyone always chooses step. no matter i will do it.

    WOW!!! So I must have kicked it in the butt this week (perhaps i need to rethink my goal??) I think its due in large part to the fact that I'm finally to the longer runs of C25K!! So pumped!!! My lowest I have ever gotten to on MFP is 144 so I'm almost back there!! yipee!!!

    Good luck today ladies!! Way to maintain Cathy!!! I would take that any day!!

    Well...I am up a pound this week and actually surprised it's not more. I did HORRIBLE the past few days. Did get in a run last night, but have been eating like there's no tomorrow! UGH! And I feel incredibly bloated and crampy and blah! Have been dealing with bad headaches the past few days also...probably due to the increased sugar! Blah...

    BUT...new week is starting RIGHT NOW! Goal this week...a little exercise every day!

    Plan today:
    Food--
    B-Banana Nut Cheerios, skim milk, coffee w/sugarfree creamer
    S-Banana
    L-Mixed green salad, baby tomatos, cucumber, spritzer dressing, light yogurt
    S-Apple

    :grumble: Ahhh. My scale is broken. Probably b/c we weighed in out dogs last night (the one we adopted needs to gain, he was quite skinny when we got him... the other, well he could probably drop a pound or two... hahaha) My BF has to hold them and then we subtract his weight... it may have been too much for my scale... :ohwell:

    today I am going to have to try and fix it or buy a new one.... I will weigh-in as soon as I get it... hopefully by then I will be back in the 160's.

    OK - so I'm up a little this week, but TOM just came. I'm hoping that's it because I was down about that same amount last Thursday. I wasn't awesome this weekend, but I did try to be some what cautious. I'm going to reweigh tomorrow to see if it's water weight.

    I finally go to the Dr. tomorrow to see what might be going on with my foot. Of course after I finally got an appointment it stared to not bother me as much, but it is still really sore after I try and do a workout, even if it's not too intense like walking. Hopefully they tell me it's nothing more than a strain and to just keep up as normal. Will let everyone know what they say tomorrow.

    CONGRATS Amy on the nice loss. To everyone who maintained or gained a little, we just have to get back on track for next week. We can do this and kick some butt! :)

    Today's Plan

    Food is going to be a toss up... I have lots of random veggies... but not much else... I could make a hotdog... hmmm. Who knows. Just going to log before I eat, and drink lots of water...

    Mini Meals
    1. Peanut Butter Cliff Bar
    2 & 3. Food Should Taste Good Multigrain Chips / Crackers & Spicy Salsa Mixed Veggies
    4. ?
    5. Baked Sweet Potato and ?
    6. Cup of Vanilla Frozen Yogurt

    Exercise
    20 - 30 minutes on the Elliptical
    30 minute walk (w/ dogs)

    ok, did step class. twisted my good ankle around so finished the class on the floor. still a good workout. than SIL spared a little boxing with me. that was fun. now shower and we are going shopping. DH is on vacation next week don't want to spend too much money. his boss's wife died last night. she had cance (don't know which kind) they thought they got it all, so this was unexpected. he's only in his mid 30s. sad.

    kisten, kim, em, amylou....let's REset and goooo.

    clare....where are you? what did the doctor say? blood work come back....
    lula...come on over. weigh in wasn't that bad.

    Hello ladies! Skipping the scale today. No feeling it and don't want to disappoint myself. If the scale goes in the wrong direction, I tend to say "screw it"! SO...I will move myself up the list but it will remain the same.

    Good job on the loss Amy! Woot! I ran W1D1 on Sunday so I am going to the gym tonight to run W1D2 along with some time on the elliptical.

    I would really like to take a class at the new gym but this week just doesnt seem possible.

    I'm here, I'm here! I posted my big news and then disappeared for a week and a half! I'm shady like that I guess... :glasses:

    So I saw that Lauren is preggers too!! Yay for babies! :happy: Hopefully she comes on soon and sees this - her due date is 2 days after mine so exciting times!

    Happy Birthday Cathy - Sorry it's late! I saw the post between you and... shoot now I forgot, but I thought it was hilarious. It was on last weeks thread so if I try to navigate back I'll lose my post.

    So - everything has been going great, just very very busy. So so hot, too hot the last few weeks for exercising and I caught a yucky cold so I took a break. I am back in it this week, starting off with a 2 mile walk yesterday. It took me 42 minutes, so I definitely wasn't in any sort of a hurry. I really don't have too much of a strict goal on myself for pregnancy weight gain - I'd like to keep it around 35 pounds, but of course I won't be starving myself or hurting the baby to achieve that. Translation, Taco Bell and candy bars are my closest dear friends. I would like to exercise every day, just because with Drew I let myself get so out of shape that going up stairs was a struggle.

    I will try to be better and posting and being social!! :drinker: :wink:

    Okay, so not exactly what I was expecting, but TOM right around the corner, so hopefully that's the reason. That or the overeating I have been doing. Who knew that even if you are eating healthy, you can STILL overeat. Ooops. Better week starting NOW!

    Morning Ladies.
    So last night I went a bit overboard with the eating... most of it was healthy, but still... :grumble: We got some crazy t-storms in the afternoon / evening so I couldn't get outside for my walk... I did however do a JM video on demand (I think it was the six pack one... strangly my abs don't hurt... but my butt does :laugh: ) oh well. I'm glad I did something....

    I am struggling to keep everything moving in the right direction... but I can do it. today is a new day... :drinker:

    Cathy. the day is not over! You can do this... I am going to kick my butt after work today (w/ JM and the elliptical) b/c I have been letting myself slide... with one bad day after another... (you don't want to join me there :laugh: ) Now lets do this!!!!!!!!!!!

    Today has been OK so far w/ food (it is difficult with no groceries), but I am going shopping tomorrow. Tonight I am going to get in another JM on demand video... not sure which one... depends on what is available... and jump on the elliptical for 20/30 minutes. The BF and I may also take the pups for a long walk (they need it) once it cools off a bit. :drinker: Today is going to be a GOOD DAY!!!!

    My scale is still out of commision... so I will likely just weigh in next tuesday... my goal is to hit 167 / 168 by then... I feel good... so I think I am heading in that direction... I WILL DO IT! :drinker: :drinker: :drinker: LETS GO LADIES!!!!!

    so far I have done 20 minutes (core workout setting) on the elliptical, W1 of Jm 6W6P... and I ran around the yard with the pups for 40 minutes... BF and I are also going to take them for a nice long walk... nothing too intense... but a good 40/60 minutes to tire them out. have a good night ladies.

    Yesterday was actually a good day food and exercise wise. Nice change. Let's see if I can make it TWO days - although cramps are battling me but good.

    Cathy - sorry about your bad day. I hope it got better. If not, welcome to today and your new, fresh start. You can definitely do this!!!

    mlek13 - great "daily" exercise choices. I know your "babies" appreciate it :)

    woke with a bad headache, a very sore muscul in my calf. sorta like a charlie horse. and i can't eat or have coffee. blood work this morning. i am hungry. or my mind says i am hungry.

    Lula - Great Day! Lets make it two in a row!!! Yes, my (huge) "babies" do love it! Bandit... needs to drop about 3 - 5 lbs, he is not really overweight but he could be trimmer and I want to try and avoid some of the big dog hip issues... keeping the weight down is suppose to help ... he is only 2 but it helps to start young :flowerforyou:

    Chipper - I hope your leg starts feeling better, and blood work goes well. :drinker:

    I am so sore today - and it feels great, JM's 6W6P is hard, really hard.... kicks my butt! There is some crazy side plank leg lift move that I can't even think about trying to do... :laugh: other than that I get (struggle) through the rest... I may attempt it for a thrid day in a row... or try another one of her videos.... I like the ones with more strength components as I will get in cardio on the elliptical and w/ the pups.

    Getting groceries tonight... so I just have one last day of random food :smile:

    Happy Thursday! Had to actually put in my weight. Yikes. I'm a Thursday weigher now, so I'll always be a bit behind ya'll. :happy:

    TOM raging horribly with massive cramps, bloating, and headache, with no end in sight (as there has not been a beginning). I am getting frustrated. And hungry. Glad I already did my weigh-in. Might explain why the loss wasn't exactly what I was hoping for. Got in a great workout last night though. It's funny how the more you weigh the more calories you burn. Finally, an advantage to these extra 10 lb. Going to do Zumba this morning, then try something called Shabang tonight hopefully followed by Body Attack. Of course, that all depends on my body and what it feels like doing FOR me, rather than AGAINST me.

    Cathy - hope you are feeling better.

    Everyone seems to have done pretty well with the first week. Let's make this weekend a HUGE success :drinker: :drinker: :drinker: so that our next weigh-in is amazing. Maybe at the end of the challenge we should post how many pounds we all lost collectively?

    had the wost night last night. not really with eating. with comments said to me. can't really go into it here. didn't/hasn't made for a happy anniversery morning for me.
    i WILL not eat for these emotions. it doesn't help me and THEY don't care, cause it doesnt' hurt them. i keep telling myself that. i didn't use food to the extent that i use to. i did use it a little bit. just my ice cream cone and a couple had fulls of chips, no dinner. it could have been worst. i mowed the lawns to help, did somewhat. trying to move on....words and actions are just really hard to let go of.

    need to go get some stamps
