My weight has plateaued right around 188, I'm 5'4" and currently the app has me eating 1200 calories a day. I've lost 38 lbs since about November, I work out everyday with Beachbody workouts but it seems since I've been but into the 1200 bracket the scales not really moving. I do the 16/8 intermittent fasting...anyone have some input?? I want to get about another 20 off by end of July

How long has it been since you lost weight? How are you measuring your intake?

Upping your calories is never the solution to solving no weight loss.

Do you monitor your fat percent? You might be losing fat and gaining muscle.
