Should you involve them in your diet?

If you like them, why not?

If you like them, and they fit in your calories and with your macro goals, sure.

There's nothing wrong with them, if that's what you're asking. I make smoothies with fruit, almond milk and vegan protein powders, especially when I'm having trouble meeting my protein target.

I like making protein smoothies with protein powder, fruit, coconut water, flax seed and spinach. It's yummy and helps me hit my target.

Sure! I use them days I am low on protein or when traveling!

It's liquid food that is high in protein - useful supplement if you struggle to hit an appropriate protein goal through your normal diet.

I use them, they are a real life saver. I'm an odd duck though, I don't like em cold, so I warm the water up first.
