But I have to say, if you're having sex just for the calorie burn, I suggest you re-think your priorities.

I can't burn that many calories in 30 seconds!!

I don't think that includes climbing to the ceiling. Can we get something a little more accurate please? I'd wear my leather HRM but the battery is dead.
