From my starting weight my goal was needed to lose 35- would be nice to lose 55 lbs.

10-15lb... seeing how I feel as I go.. I'm already at my "ideal weight" according to BMI and bf% but I used to be much much thinner 10lb ago.. I'm already 4lb down.. so 6-9 more to go

3-4 vanity pounds before vacay in about a month. Not sure if it'll happen, but I'm not stressing too much ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

60 pounds to lose. Did lose 32 on here year ago put most of it back on when I quit smoking so starting over.

Why is this important? Is it affecting your clients in some way?

Question: how are you using this information?

Learning about the myfitnesspal community. There is no "reply" button to click, so I assume the "quote" mechanism is the way reply to a reply.

When I started using myfitnesspal in January 2016, I observed that the "Healthy" BMI had a range and the middle of that range for a male of my height was 160, so that became my goal and was 112.4 lb below my weight of the first day. Today I'm about 10 lb shy of it and really don't know for sure if I will stop when I get right there. This panniculus is telling me that I just have to keep losing.
