Question: How much weight do you want to lose?

Many of my younger clients use myfitnesspal to track their caloric consumption. Most need to lose between 50 and 200 pounds. My sense is that most commenters here do not fit that profile. For those who don't mind talking about it, what is your goal?

I already lost my initial weight here in MFP 3 years ago. Currently coming off a 5 month long bulk and cutting 10-12 pounds.

Not sure exactly. Coming out of a bulk where I gained 12 lbs, so maybe 5-7lbs total, I have about 2-4lbs to go.

From my starting weight my goal was needed to lose 35- would be nice to lose 55 lbs.

10-15lb... seeing how I feel as I go.. I'm already at my "ideal weight" according to BMI and bf% but I used to be much much thinner 10lb ago.. I'm already 4lb down.. so 6-9 more to go
