Question: How much weight do you want to lose?

Many of my younger clients use myfitnesspal to track their caloric consumption. Most need to lose between 50 and 200 pounds. My sense is that most commenters here do not fit that profile. For those who don't mind talking about it, what is your goal?

Ten pounds. Started my cut two months ago. 7 more lbs to go. I rock this weight loss thing. Not.7

I already lost my initial weight here in MFP 3 years ago. Currently coming off a 5 month long bulk and cutting 10-12 pounds.2

I'm currently down 50. Not sure where my eventual stopping point will be. I'm perfectly satisfied with how I look and feel, but have some health issues that could be improved by losing additional weight. Maybe another 10 pounds; maybe as much as 25.5

10-15lb... seeing how I feel as I go.. I'm already at my "ideal weight" according to BMI and bf% but I used to be much much thinner 10lb ago.. I'm already 4lb down.. so 6-9 more to go1

I lost 70ish pounds 10 years ago on this site. Still at that weight.10
