Chocolate-dipped cone and a beer was probably a little counter-productive. With the best intentions to make that one a rare indulgence, what are your favourite afternoon snacks?

    Afternoon or post-workout? I'm a little confused.

    But for me:

    Afternoon: a brisk walk
Post workout: rice cakes + jelly or peanut butter. But more often than not I'll just eat dinner.

After my workout I usually have 8oz of 99% lean ground beef (seasoned with pepper, diced onions, reduced sugar ketchup, and mustard) with either ⅓ cup of rolled oats and a teaspoon of freshly ground flaxseed (seasoned with Saigon cinnamon) or with 4oz of sweet potatoes and a teaspoon of freshly ground flaxseed.

Afternoon: iced coffee (milk only) and a piece of fruit
After work: raw veggies while I prep dinner
After workout: I don't workout hard enough to need anything specific.

Afternoon? Nothing specific, sometimes a granola bar or goldfish if I want carbs, carrots if I feel like munching.
After a c25k round? I usually eat some grape tomatoes that I keep in the fridge because they're cold and taste wonderful after sweating.
I don't actually work out hard enough to have a specific snack.

1 or 2 TBSP peanut butter and aloe juice.

@EricExtreme ^^That sounds delicious!!!!! I will totally try that!

After my morning run a coffee and oatmeal or coffee and yogurt! After my workout I usually just eat dinner.
