I am closest to goal 180s as at 193 now.
Slightly bigger goal 174 makes me normal weight.
Also working on c25k as in August I will run the entire 5k at the winery.

My mini goal right now is 3 mini goals, lose 30lbs before the start of my last semester of nursing school. So 10lb a month. It'll be a total of 60lbs down, but I'll still need to lose another 10-20lb.5

My mini goal is to get into the 150's. Its been a few years since I have been there.

Swimsuit season lol8

To get under 85kg, I'm 1,2kg away!8

To be under my pre-baby weight from my last baby, 205 lbs, by August 9th, my 30th birthday. Only 9 lbs away. Thinking I may revise this to be 200lbs by then. That would be a total of 30lbs lost. Which I think would be fitting.13

Getting below 200 lbs., which I have not seen for about 20 years. I have lost 70 lbs. so far. It was hard work, but worth every second. I feel so much better with the weight coming off, clothes in smaller sizes and no longer needing a cane to walk. Two weddings coming up (June and October), boy will everyone be surprised when they see me! I can't wait. Contemplating in training for a 5K in fall of 2018. This is something I would never have even thought to do before.15

My highest : 240lbs
Starting : 229lbs
Current : 189lbs
Goal : 171lbs (healthy BMI and body fat %)
In my teenage and adult life I've never seen anything below 180lbs, so the thought of it being so close is kind of scary, cause that's a new me, completely, especially that my shapes are shifting with weights and cardio.
How do you guys determine what even is the goal? The mirror/scales/BMI ('normal weight' is still a wide range)/dress size?
I'm so close I've started to panic about 'what then?will that be enough?'

I made it to 50 pounds lost. I'm sitting at 131 lbs. I did the Shred for a week but the only time I could do it was at night after kids were in bed. I hated working out twice a day. Once I get closer to my goal weight I'll start adding strength at the gym when I go. My new mini goal is to get into the 120s, haven't been 129 for 5 years. Then my next mini goal is 125(weight I was when I first got pregnant with eldest child).
I am humored that when I hit 130(1 lb away) I'll have lost the same amount of weight as what my 7 year old weighs.
We went on vacation in February, about three months after i decided to get healthier, and I kept walking around holding my littlest, marveling at the fact that I had lost more than his weight off of my body...that I had been walking around carrying that much extra all the time!

i see you and hear your goal...so be sure to touch base and let me know how you are doing? not strangers anymore! (sending you a friend request now)6 -

@gymprincess1234
Get to your goal and then, after a few weeks, I am sure you will have a new mini-goal. Good luck!

Current mini goal: reach 153. I have about 5-7lbs to go.4

169.0 will put me into normal BMI. One more pound!13

I have a research conference I'm going to at the end of July. I'll get to see my friends and professors from grad school. I want to be under 240 by then, making me lighter than I was at any time in grad school. 14 lbs to go. I can do this.14

It just puts it into a whole different perspective, doesn't it? Today I am at 130.4 and I look at my son and just think, I was carrying that equivalent weight around?!?!? No wonder I felt so miserable!!

I'm a bridesmaid in my best friend's wedding, whom I haven't seen in 10 years. I started the journey on January 30th at 250, and I now weight 210. The wedding is in August. My mini-goal is to be at 199 by her wedding. Onderland would be such a wonderful mini-goal to hit for her wedding!16

When I started in the 230s, I thought 125 would be a miracle. When I got there, I danced around for a few moments and then thought, "I'm still kind of squishy." So, I kept going. I think I'll end up at 100 lbs. (I'm little. Think, "elfin.")
I suppose everybody is different: some people choose an article of clothing as the ultimate goal, some go by scale weight, some a healthy range for BMI, etc. For me, I have an image in mind -- a version of fitness I want to achieve -- so that's how I decided to keep going. (12 more to go.) I want to tuck in my shirt and have nothing sticking out. I want to look down when I sit and have it be flat. That may sound weird, but that's my goal.
Sounds like you have an image in mind, too?3 -
@youdoyou2016 I've got a hourglass figure, so my perfect body would look like Natasha Oakley haha Now I'm like that with a layer of fat1
-
When I get to 170 (4ish lbs) I'll get an electric shaver. Oh the time I'll save haha.3
