Guy I busted my Lhs rotator cuff last week and now I've hurt my right hand and can't grip without pain. Anyone have any similar experiences? how did you recover!?

True story, I hurt my hand trying to break a a compressed pork chew toy for a dog.0 -

True story, I hurt my hand trying to break a a compressed pork chew toy for a dog.
No injury. Got one of those crazy Physical Therapists to hurt me twice every week.. Maybe you should have a look into those PT
or you could try the naked bonfire dance
yeah those PT folk are strange as fook. All about the pain, always interested in other people's pain!!

If you're serious about hurting your rotator cuff, get it looked at. I just had a full tear repaired last Aug. Still recovering. It's a full year for recovery and it's a horribly painful surgery to have. Don't mess with your shoulders!
I have a feeling I'll be ok! Hope your rehab went/is going well!

I have hand pain... do I get a massage as well?
Fo'sho. Funnily enough the trigger points for hand pain are located in the breast and buttocks.
Anotner odd one is knee pain, TP is on the underside of the pubis...wtf?

oh and to the readers, i hope ya'll dont believe me about those trigger points. As much as i'd love to be on yet another offenders list i really dont want to be blamed for you folks trying to release in public places. Do it in private!
