Hi! New Here and am excited to get started!

Excited to meet folks with the same problems I have. Losing weight. Been trying for 10 years after having been fit all my life before that. Lots of medical problems and I'm depressed. I hardly each enough in one day, but still do not lose any weight. Just need to find ways to jump start my metabolism. Any ideas? I'm injured at the moment and awaiting knee surgery, so can't do much except walk slow and bike ride slowly.

    Welcome. If you are able to I would lift hand weights. Great way to boost metabolism. Good luck to you.

    Be encouraged.. You can do it....Depression haunts me to but I am pressing on anyway! I encourage you to do the same...I have lost 11 pounds. It hasn't been easy but I am sticking to my goal until I exceed it. Good Luck

    You have taken the first step.

    And on a side note... You have to eat to get your metabolism going. Food and exercise. Good luck.
