    I'm in for three weeks --- then off to help with twin grandbabies to be born mid-June. I want to go all in before I'm in a situation where exercise, sleep, and food will be unknown commodities.

    I think with water weight loss, I can get 5 pounds off in that time.

    I have four specific goals:
    1. No obvious refined sugar.
    2. Only one starch per meal. Optional one extra daily.
    3. Walk at least 20 minutes per day.
    4. Do some sort of strength training everyday.

    I've used MFP for years but have not used the community. Do we come back to this thread for checking in or is there another location I need to know about?

    I'd love to join if it's not too late. I'm 5'3" and am currently 146 lbs. I would love to lose weight by July. Have started being better about what I eat but chocolate is my downfall. With motivation & inspiration, I'll hopefully start working out again more consistently.

    Went out of town this weekend....going strong. Hopefully I will get out of the 170s by mid June and will hit a 10 pound loss by July 4!!!

    I just prepared a spinach salad for myself when I really just wanted a PB&J with chips. A victory!

    Down from 179 on 5/13 to 172.4 today. Still CODE RED levels.
