I am still working full time throughout the year but it does feel different with kids out of school. How do you stick to your plan when things feel off schedule?

Learn to be flexible with your schedule. When I learned that I wouldn't melt if I forgot to do something and learned to be flexible (switching days off with workout days and such) with your schedule you will be amazed how easy it is still be on a plan still. I do know what you mean, when my traditional schedule was thrown off back in the day it would throw me through a tail spin however through years of this life style it got easy to just be able to intuitively train and switch things up.

Just my two cents have a good summer!

I've found that, children make it easy if; you include them:

    (1) Have daily, physical family activity time by; riding bikes, going swimming, chasing them around & having water gun fights, etc. but whatever they've an interest in doing!

    (2) Batch cook with, them! Help them create, new family recipes with; you!
