    Some people I know eventually stopped counting the calories because it becomes tedious do you think you will quit or are you consistently counting every day?

    Well, I have been using MFP since Jan 13th and I have logged everything I have ate except once or twice when I didn't know where to even begin and that was early on. Now, even the rare occasion I have been to a buffet restaurant I estimate and log. Usually doing pretty good with my estimations too. The longer you do it, the easier it becomes as well as it becomes habitual.

    Here is an updated picture of my mama and me... Another comparison as well.... Again... 2015 to 2017 ~ 2 years and 2 days apart but mom nor I started doing anything to change ourselves until January of this year. The picture on the right was just taken Sunday.
