    There's nothing quite like a long, steep climb on a road bike and simply bombing, full gas down the decent.

    I love cycling, running, skipping, HIIT class, Spin Class, Lifting, Calisthenics! I don't like mountain climbers, star jacks, burpees, zumba!

    Love my 50 foot battle rope. I get to be outside with my dogs, getting some well needed sun, and swinging them for 20 minutes burns as much as an hour on the treadmill would've. Super fun and I can work every part of my body by doing different routines with them (I do about 20 different things on them)
