I used MFP a few years ago and tracked my calories and exercise. I lost 45lbs in 3 months(I was doing Zumba 4x a week AND walking 3+miles 3x a week), but when my work schedule changed and I couldn't do the exercise regime I had been doing I sort of gave up.
Met my boyfriend and ended up gaining about 60lbs(he's a chef by trade and an awesome cook!). My decision to try this out again came when I went to Animal Kingdom about 2weeks and couldn't ride one of the new rides in Pandora because my legs are too fat! So here I am trying to do what I can to drop the pounds and feel better! Exercise is on hold right now because I fell and sprained my ankle a week ago, but once I get the ok from the doc, I am going to start walking the neighborhood.

Hi...I'm back for a second time again, too. I lost 20 lbs. on here in 2012, kept it off, but 2 long courses of prednisone put it back on. You've done it before and can do it again! I'm sending a friend request!! Blessings...Joy0
