Mama wants her groove back! I need to loose 30 pounds, 190 down to 160.

I would love friends to stay positive with and to exchange info, struggles and successes with. I am into yoga and alternative health approaches. I was super strong and fit before having 3 pregnancies. I am ready to focus back on myself after giving my all to my two kiddos the last 3 years. I love to excersize so that's easy for me given I can find the time....unfortunately, I also love to eat and find feeling full very grounding. So it's really hard and destabilizing on me to diet. I have done it before so l know I can. Looking to make the process more easeful by having fun and share support. Thanks!

    I know how you feel. I have been up and down with my weight but now I have a tilted pelvis and it's hard to even walk. That means I need to put more emphasis on what I eat, but it's so hard most of the time.
