Unable to connect my FitBit

It keeps saying that "another MyFitnessPal has connected to my FitBit". But I can't see the connection when I click on "Apps". It says "0" connected. Help!

Go to the Fitbit website, navigate to Settings > Applications and under MyFitnessPal revoke access.
If that does not work, I would recommend opening a Case with Customer Support on the MFP Help/FAQ pages...
