I recently started eating more calories as I realized I had not previously been eating enough for my body. However, after the first full week of more calories (TDEE - 500), I gained two ounces! Prior to this, I was losing at least a pound a week. Just down in the dumps...

Some food can detain water in your body longer then other. Recently I weighted the same for the whole week, and the suddenly just dropped 2kg in 3 days.0
