Haven't posted in awhile but I've gained a lot of muscle too. Still trying to drop another 20. I'm 5'6 at 168lbs

Amazing!
I'm basically your before picture right now in scale for height. (2.5" shorter, twenty pounds lighter, but very similar appearing weight distribution) It's so fantastic to see how significant my results could be five to six months from now.6 -

I was struggling the last few days and this has truly inspired me to keep going forward. You look really good, btw I am also 5'6 n currently 190....wanting to get down to 140.

What kind of work outs do you do?0 -
No I don't do cal counting I eat when I'm hungry and I don't eat past 8pm I used to snack till 12 am it was a bad habit. And I run 6 miles 3 days a week and 3 to 4 miles the rest of the week. I do 3 min plank everyday and I lift 20 pound weights 2 sets of 20. I also do 100 jumps of jump rope everyday. And I limit my couch time!8

Thank you so much for sharing! I guess it's time to break out that brand new jump rope I bought last year but haven't used.
