I am on week 5 of C25K. On my run days I do Jackie Warner 20 min circuit training DVD. On my non running days I do 40min Jackie Warner curcuit training. I rest on Sunday..:) Some weeks I rest Sat and Sun if my body is really tired..0

Wed (so far) - 113
Week 3 total = 845
Week 1 - 2151
Week 2 - 1214
Total - 3365
Burned to date: 4210
Left to burn: 5790
I noticed that my week 1 burn looked really high on the chart so I went back and added up. Yep. Turns out I only have 2151 for that first week. I had sent my numbers twice that week and I think the 2 numbers got added together. So I'm REALLY behind! I gotta get movin!!!!
Now that you mention it, mine looked pretty high as well. So, like you I went back and double checked and here are my numbers:
Week 1 (7/1-7/8) = 1580
Week 2 (7/9-7/15) = 686
So far this week I have 457 which brings my grand total to 2723 and I have 7277 in order to get in my 10,000 for the challenge. Just doing my 30DS for the next 11 days will be 3157 so now I have to figure out how to get the remaining 4120.
I CAN AND WILL MEET MY GOAL OF 10,000!!!0 -
yikes! I've got to stop letting this summer cold & new job get the best of me. I will most definitely be pusing it until the end of the month. I have 6761 to burn calories to make it to my 10,000 cal goal. Just got the Wii Zumba Fitness game on sale at Target for $27.00 (reg. 39.99) yesterday so that should help a bit!

Wow I really overestimated how many calories I can burn in a month!:ohwell: I still have around 4700 to burn in 7 days! Probably wont make the whole 10,000 but will do my best! Everyone have a great day!0

you are not alone...I am further behind than the spreadsheet shows because my week 1 is not correct (it's way over because I accidentally submitted the wrong # first time) so when I resubmitted the correct they got added together.0 -
Whooohoo! I am so excited. I hit my goal yesterday with my workout. I was afraid I wouldn't make it. MzM, will we be doing this again in August?0
