    This week went really well. I realized I am eating too little, so I'm trying to kick that up a notch, but I didn't have any cheat anything and did all my workouts.

    Height: 5'8" / 173 cm
    Original starting weight: 158.7 lbs
    Starting Weight challenge: 150 lbs
    Goal weight on 6/22: 142 lbs

    ok so not much change on my part!! :D Hoping for better results next week, been a bit relaxed with my eating choices this week, still within calorie limit but not as healthy as I could have been!

    Not a good start lol :/ - Holiday weekend was tough. But I got back on track Monday and stuck to my calorie limit and walked 4.5 miles. Holidays are always tough for me. I need to have a really good loss this week.
