I'm 5'8" and weigh 148

I'm 19 and 5'8" and I was wondering what weight I should aim for, right now I'm thinking 130-135. I do however have a rather well endowed chest, so I want to make sure I'm not aiming too low-or for my high school weight. Any suggestions? thank you!

    I'm not a fitness expert, but I''d say in general between 125 and 140, depending on how muscular you are. You could make 140 your first goal and see what you think, then. :) Good luck!

    check out your BMI. That will give you a range. You can find it on line and go from there.:smile:
