I just don't see it as a weight loss option. I started playing consistently in the last year (3-4 times per week) and I haven't seen much if any weight loss. I started here to see if I could add to my fitness. Any other tennis players here? Advice? If you're in Portland let's play (:

    Tennis is a great way to lose weight and burn calories. So many drill variation are almost endless possibilities. It'll always keep your heat rate up.
    Especially in singles.
