Like I always say, you can do it. It's hard and it takes a lot of work. But it can be done!0

I am doing well at filling up on vegetables poached chicken and lean roast meats and salads plus home made bean vegetable ham ,pea vegetable and chicken vegetable quinoa soups but I am having trouble getting enough calcium and magnesium . down 1 more pound ! might start taking a vitamin
