Smaller waist

My waist is currently measuring at 46 but needs to be a 34 to fit back into my jeans.
I've lost 10 lbs, I don't know what my waist measured at before that, but I am happy that I'm losing.

    I get very little to no calorie burn from working out. Calories are what it's about and you're doing it!
