Hi!
So I've already posted in this forum but I didn't get any responses, therefore, I thought maybe I should give it another go.
Anyways, I've so far lost 5 kg, but my frowning belly button remains! Will this get any better! Please help!! I'm attaching a picture so you can get a better idea of what I'm referring to.
Thanks!!

Unfortunately we can't pick where the weight comes off, so since there is still fat there you'll need to keep losing weight. Adding some sort of resistance training (if you aren't doing any already) is going to help give you a firm body when the weight is gone.2 -
I think you look great. Just eat right, exercise and everything will come into place.0

i have super stubborn belly fat too ... it's where it all hangs on. i feel like i'll never have abs.
that said ... you really do already look great ... juts keep at it. the last pounds are the most stubborn as i am finding out right now.1 -
Gotta lose more fat. Even then your belly might not look the way you want it to. Harsh reality but weight loss can cause skin laxity that can only be changed with surgery1

I've seen posts about the belly button before. I didn't even know this was supposed to be a problem until then. Now I feel as though my current state isn't as great as I believed before!0

Thanks! Yes, once I reach my goal weight I'll decide whether or not I want to have surgery. Hopefully it won't come to that.

Depending on how insecure you are about it, there's a few things you could do if you get to a point where you have no weight left to lose and you still aren't happy. There's something called Vanquish and it uses radio waves to reduce fat cells and it also tightens the skin. You could always go in for a free consultation. That would be a pricey option, but not nearly as pricey as surgery.1

*blinks* Isn't that how belly buttons look? I mean. . .I haven't spent a whole lot of time observing them, but from my reconciliation most of the ones I've seen that are inward look like that. Are you looking for more of a round shape?1

Yes it is fixable. Mine used to frown but now it smiles. A few more pounds and you should see it.1
