    Coffee, Noticable difference on how I perform with and without esp on lifting days.

    weight lifting = moderate amount of food
    cardio = very little or no food

    Usually just a meal before lifting (ground beef and rice).
    BCAAs and glutamine during.

    Protein shake with milk and gummy bears or jelly beans.

    When I work out first thing in the AM it's coffee, a banana and half a Pure Protein bar. At night, I just let my dinner fuel my workout.
