How to start losing inches?

First you need to be serious about your health then mark what is your current weight, in my case I click selfies and write down my weight on it. Then first thing START SLOW.
What I experienced myself when I 1st started out is lack of consistency.
Do simple walking...its ur first step to ur goals.....well at first it doesn't matter u walk at evening or at morning....just walk!
Now start eating less junk food...YES you have to control urself....u need to know the difference between
WHAT U WANT to eat
&
WHAT U NEED to eat
Now slowly incorporate some healthy foods and drinks to replace the junk foods and unhealthy beverages. When you get cravings to eat junk or sweet or anything unhealthy REPLACE it with your healthy meals like ↓
Tea/ coffee / cold drinks etc etc etc replace them with lime water...Lime water is the most healthy DETOX DRINK you can ever find...just squeeze lime in chilled water & BOOM.

Now if its quite a while u r walking then do some ADVANCED activities where u use to walk.... like↓
Jumping
Running
Sit Ups or Squats
Stretching.

Well it doesn't matter if you are doing these activities during evening or at morning...but I prefer u do all this at early morning because your stomach is empty and when you do these activities ur body is burning the fat that is already stored in ur body....its simple as that.

Now if its been a while since u started eating less craps and more healthy foods then now u need to TRULY stop eating JUNK...
Make urself a clean diet and follow it every week, u can reward urself that u have come this far by buying new clothes or shoes because in my case I use to do this.

Now at first I said that START SLOW....yeah right! Its all because now ur endurance, potential, & patience level is higher than before...& now u can do more ADVANCE ACTIVITIES
Just avoid sugar
Eat low carb
Drink a lot of water
Do workouts exercises
Sleep and repeat

    I simply increased the amount of exercise I was already doing because I enjoy exercising. :)

    And I reduced the number of calories I consumed.
