Some of you asked me if we were having a JUNE CHALLENGE... <3 so YES..

YOU decided your mode of exercise as long as it gives you STEPS. You may walk, run, jog, bike, treadmill. You then come here daily or even just once a week and LOG YOUR PROGESS AND TOTALS....

My personal goal WILL BE WALKING. My personal GOAL will be too reach 120+ miles in JUNE.... :)

    I'm in! I would like to get minimum of 10k steps a day. I know on my days off I sometimes only get less than 2k which I know kills my progress :disappointed: probably will only check in weekly!

    I've been doing just over 5k a day trying to up that to 10k too... but those off days lol.

    My goal is 200k steps minimum for the month which requires 6,7k steps min daily but I'd like to push that to 10k... let's see.

    and don't worry..WE ALL have 'off' days whether we take the day off or just don't have time.... :)

    FOR EVERYONE WHO COMES LATER....THIS IS NOT JUST A STEP CHALLENGE!!!!!!!!!! It DOES SAY you can bike and so just choose your MILES AND SET YOUR GOAL whether you do steps or miles...ok? :)

    I'm aiming for 12,000 per day.

    Month of June I averaged 11850 per day, so I'm aiming for AT LEAST 12000 per day for June, so that would be 360000 for the month.

    ps. not going to lie, there were 3 days I didn't hit 10,000 in May, and there were days that I stood at the table while eating dinner doing steps to ensure I hit my 10,000...

    A lot of my steps come from zumba and since I track that as cardio in my watch I don't get the mileage for it. So I am going to go with a steps challenge with the goal of beating my highest monthly step count within the last year. Last month I reached 442,842 steps, so my goal for June will be 450,000 steps! (In fairness I am going to Disney World one of the weeks, so that week should help :) )
    I'm going to create a garmin challenge of this to remind me so feel free to message me and I'll add you!

    I am in. I average about 13k a day. So I want to be crazy and aim for a half million steps this month. I would have to do 16667 steps a day! Eek! Should be fun to try though.

    I've been aiming to walk at least 6,000 steps daily so would like to manage at least 200,000 steps during June. Hoping now I've put that in writing that will give me the push I need to get off the sofa on wet evenings and get out walking!

    My steps have been way low the past couple of months. My cardio is walking and stationary bike.
    For June I want 300,000 steps (10,000 daily avg) and 200 miles (50 a week) on the bike

    I wasn't very active in May. I need to be pushed. When I was active I was doing 10-12,000 steps a day. I want to get back to that, so my goal will be 11,000 a day or 330,000 for the month of June.

    Hi, I'm going to join in as I keep missing my target using s-health and hopefully by posting on here it will make me accountable. To start I'm going to go for 5000/day 150,000/total.

    I would like to join. Average 6900 per day but would like this to increase to 8000. I would like to do 240,000 steps in June.

    TODAY was a good day but I'm very tired. Started out the morning with an early walk with my girls. That gave me 2.5 Walking Miles. I then used the weed eater around the yard as well as help my husband load some blocks and carry dirt here and there (still putting in a walkway)..All this gave me more steps which gave me another 3.0 Walking Miles soooooooooooo grand total for JUNE 1ST .....5.50 Walking Miles
