I've not long started lifting about 9 weeks ago and I'm loving it! Still quite light: 115kg trap-bar deadlift, 82.5kg squat and my bench is only at 35kg or something (definitely my weakest!) ☺️ would love to have some more lifters on my feed so anyone feel free to add me! (On phone so it's not letting me easily add people myself)1

Injured powerlifter here. I can only front squat and do stupid stuff right now I am taking Olympic lifting lessons though since the beginning load is so low, I can learn even with the injury. So that's kinda fun. But annoying because it's hard as *kitten*.0

It's so cool to have so many of us lifting heavy - just back from a session with my PT doing front squats and while I'm really light on them while I figure out my form, I'm still feeling awesome1
