Best ways to detox?

I recently got back from vacation and I still feel like my body is bloated and kind of sluggish when trying to get back into exercising. What foods/exercises to you recommend to get my body working back at high speed? Thanks in advance!

There's no such thing as a detox - your liver and kidneys will do that for you. Really, just get back into the groove of eating fresh, healthy foods if that's what you were doing - when you go back to normal, your body will too.11

The best way to detox is to get back to eating what you were before and drink water. Your body takes care of the rest, so you don't need to detox. If you want to add in mint or cucumber or lemon your stomach may feel a bit better.3

Like others have said, "Detox" isn't a real thing. Get back to eating cleaner foods and drink lots of water. You'll feel good again in a couple days.2

Water with lemon and/or lime. Not just that, eat food too. But it helps.1

@Alatariel75 has said! Theres no such thing! Your body is the best detox machine there is! what it doesnt want/need it,ll get rid itself!
