Slim in 6 Challenge - Anyone?

Hello everyone,
I have been completely sedentary and not following any type of diet for a while. I lost a few pounds before going on vacation but have managed to gain them back plus some. I would like some motivation and support as I begin the slim in 6 program. Is anyone interested in joining me?

    Hello! I'd love to join you. Tonight will be my 4th workout with the Ramp It Up dvd. I'm already noticing changes and look forward to doing it. Would love some buddies!

  • I'm going to be alternating days of the slim in 6 and 30ds at least for the month of august. I can't do the same thing everyday I just get bored.

    Day #4 of Ramp it Up completed. Squats! Bad, very bad. :) Good luck, everyone!
  • I'm going to start the "slim in 6" DVD's this week! I want to start P90X but have heard that doing slim in 6 first actaully really helps the results since you start out with a bit more muscular endurance.... ok squats and lunges, here we come!

    Hey byebyeBooty... I am planning to do the same thing... Slim in 6 first, then P90X... I didn't wnt to start on P90x first as I am a bit (or a lot) out of shape...

    Slim in 6 update: -- I have not started.. and feel soo bad about it.. apparently my DVD did not want to play the disc... I have plans to get a new one today... hopefully I'll be able to start day 1 wither tonight (don't make any promises!) or tomorrow - the latest..
    I'll keep posting updates as I go along....

    Julianne & Miss Confidence: How are you guys doing so far with your exercises??

    Hello everyone -- I love this program and am glad we're starting a thread to keep each other motivated. I feel so much stronger after only one week. How is everyone else doing? Plus, I lost 4 lbs!
  • I am looking forward to feeling like you are Julianne... I completed my first day of Start It Up this morning... :-) Finally started!! I will have to watch my diet .. which is the biggest pit fall for me.. I always manage to go over my calories, however I do notice that I always go over when I eat later in the day... not sure how to stop that...
