Hi, I'm going to keep this simple, but I'm new to this app. It looks really neat and the fact that you can talk to others is amazing. I've been overweight for a couple years now. I had lost weight and managed to get down to a size 14 in pants, shorts, etc. in 2015 and I'm now up to an 18. I'd love to get back to a 14 (which is where I need to be due to my body type). I'm not worried too much about weight because I know if I can get back in a 14, then I'll weigh what I need to be.

I'm really just using this app as a calorie counter because that's how you lose weight (burn more calories than you consume) in a healthy way. Anyway, this is the beginning of my journey to lose weight and I wish you all luck on yours.
