Weigh your food works!

Anyone out there who is stuck and feels like all the excersise they are doing should pay off and your not seeing results, weigh your food! I was doing T25 6 days a week (on average burning 230 calories based off my heart rate) and then I was running two miles! I wasn't seeing any results I was stuck at 133 pounds since march. I was eating what I thought was a 1200 calorie diet and boy was I wrong. I weigh all of my food now. I'm only working out 3-4 days a week and I lost 5lbs in the last 2-3 weeks! It works ! Go to amazon right now and get yourself a scale! It is a little tedious, but when I finally saw 128 pop up on my scale it was worth it!
