This is super yummy and filling! The Flat Out bread is pretty big. About the size of 1 and a half or 2 regular tortillas I would say!
Crust:
1 Flat Out Original-Light (90 calories)
-Spread a little Olive Oil on the flat out and put it directly on the oven rack without toppings at 350 for like 7 minutes or less
Toppings:
Tomato Sauce, I used Great Value Brand only like 1/8 cup- (About 20 calories)
Trader Joe's No Fat Feta 1/2 Cup- (70 Calories) or 1/4 cup for 35 calories
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast cut up into small pieces- (80 Calories)
Artichoke Hearts (30 calories)
Tomato Slices (10 calories)
After the crust comes out of the oven fairly crispy with a little brown, add all the toppings however you want and put it back in the oven for another 5-10 minutes or until it is how you like it!
300 Calories or less depending on how much cheese you add! You could also use low fat or no fat shredded cheese and get about the same calorie count. Add whatever veggies you like!

By the way...the 300 calories is for the WHOLE PIZZA. Ridiculous!0

I would count the olive oil in your total...if it's enough to make a difference in the baking, it's enough to have calories, and oil adds up.0

That sounds amazing. How big is the pizza???0

I probably should have counted the olive oil.
Fair enough. I only use about 1/2 a tablespoon though. just enough to get it lightly coated so it will get crunchy in the oven. You could probably skip it if you were worried about the extra calories
And the pizza is about 12" by 6". Those flat outs are kind of oblong shaped0 -
I have been meaning to pick up some flatouts just for this purpose! I thought it would be perfect for making a pizza...now I will most definitely be doing this, I have really been wanting some homemade pizza! Thanks0

I have no idea :frown: been trying to find spaghetti squash and it looks like we don't have that here either (well not in the supermarkets anyway, haven't tried a farmer's market or anything like that)0 -
