Another month down and I am feeling so great. This month I have started giving myself fitness goals to focus on as I am getting closer to my goal weight. And this morning I am ANOTHER pound down from yesterday's weight, so I am sitting at 128. I feel incredible!!

Hi everyone. I've been motivated by this forum for a long time. Here's my progress so far. I'm about half way done.

5/27/2017 - 258.8 lbs
6/3/2017 - 255 lbs
Just shy of halfway ... 63 lbs down and 74.6 lbs to go to get to 180 lbs
