Thank you @blwelch1! I honestly think that I just have good genes when it comes to muscle definition. My arms look just like my dad's in his younger days.
I mostly run (I range 30-50 miles per week...but have hit 70 one week!) but also incorporate kettlebells, elliptical, yoga, and have started some free weights...but I'm not very organized about that yet.
I underwent gastric bypass surgery in July 2015 and have lost 140 pounds since March 2015. It was extremely motivating to see so much early success...but now I work my *kitten* off every day to stay on track. I completely understand how people can fail after weight loss surgery! Even with a smaller stomach I have to make choices everyday to stay in my healthy range.8 -

I'm 50 years old.
3 years ago I suffered a stroke. I've been fighting my way back ever since. Currently I am in the best shape of my life. My goal is to enter my first fitness competition in May. Believe in yourself and never give up.109 -

Ok not sure if I did this right, but figured I would do an update!
26 yrs old, 5'6, sw-248/22jeans cw-133/6jeans
Switched from CICO to macros and do minimal cardio and mostly heavy lifting now. Finally really happy at this size and just wanting to increase muscles27 -
